Abstract: The article considers methodological bases of scientific activity design according to the philosophy laws. Author concretizes contradictions in relation to the scientific activity design on the basis of oppositions unity law, grounds a transition from the formal quantitative indexes of results to high-quality descriptions. The paper shows the role of denial law as methodological basis of philosophical category of scientific activity development and providing of it the following.
