Abstract:	The theme of this article is devoted to the investigation of the interaction of the professional capacity level and structural organization of the pedagogue. According to the results of the investigations the psychological sides of the teacher’s personality with various level of qualification were received. The analysis of the results shows the difference in the structure of the pedagogue’s personality depending on their qualification category.
