Abstract:	Using critical thinking as the means of spiritual-value orientations formation for student youth is grounded in the article. On the base of system-structural analysis the peculiarities of critical thinking as the specific kind of activity are elicited. It’s proved, that critical thinking can be the base for designing the pedagogic technology of spiritual value-orientations formation for students.
