Інституціональні домінанти економічного розвитку України

Abstract

Сучасний стан економіки України та її особливості обумовлено низкою об’єктивних та суб’єктивних факторів. Після отримання незалежності Україна зазнала різких змін в економічному розвитку. Однією з основних проблем сучасної економіки України є відсутність стабільності в політичному та економічному житті країни. Постійні зміни управлінських кадрів та нестабільна ситуація на сході країни сприяли складному економічному становищу України. Незважаючи на певний розвиток експортних галузей, які забезпечують заробіток іноземної валюти, відсутність відповідної інфраструктури та несприятливий інвестиційний клімат зменшують можливості для розвитку економіки. Україна продовжувала розвиватися як частина Союзу Радянських Соціалістичних Республік (СРСР), але відчувала значний вплив економіки та політики центрального уряду. Після розпаду СРСР Україна стала незалежною державою зі своєю власною економікою. Однак, нова економічна модель, що була прийнята, не змогла забезпечити ефективний розвиток країни. Інституціональні домінанти грають важливу роль у формуванні економічної системи країни, системно впливають на особливості економічного розвитку в тактичній та стратегічній перспективі. Щоб забезпечити розвиток економіки України та подолати проблеми, які впливають на її розвиток, необхідно вжити широкого спектру заходів, що включають в себе інституційні реформи у різних сферах, залучення інвестицій, підтримку підприємництва та експортних можливостей. На сьогоднішній день, економіка України досить різностороння, з окремими галузями, які демонструють високу динаміку розвитку, такими як ІТ-індустрія, аграрний сектор та експортне постачання. The current state of Ukraine's economy and its features are determined by a number of objective and subjective factors. After gaining independence, Ukraine underwent drastic changes in economic development. One of the main problems of the modern economy of Ukraine is the lack of stability in the country's political and economic life. Constant changes in management personnel and the unstable situation in the east of the country contributed to Ukraine's difficult economic situation. Despite the certain development of export industries that provide foreign currency earnings, the lack of appropriate infrastructure and an unfavorable investment climate reduce opportunities for economic development. Ukraine continued to develop as part of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR), but was heavily influenced by the economy and policies of the central government. After the collapse of the USSR, Ukraine became an independent state with its own economy. However, the new economic model that was adopted could not ensure effective development of the country.Institutional dominants play an important role in the formation of the country's economic system, systematically influence the features of economic development in a tactical and strategic perspective. In order to ensure the development of Ukraine's economy and to overcome the problems that affect its development, it is necessary to take a wide range of measures, which include institutional reforms in various areas, attracting investments, supporting entrepreneurship and export opportunities. Today, the economy of Ukraine is quite diverse, with certain industries that demonstrate high dynamics of development, such as the IT industry, the agricultural sector, and export supply.
