Abstract

У статті проаналізовано теоретичні основи інноваційного розвитку підприємства, встановлено основні принципи та умови формування механізмів інноваційного розвитку. Розроблено модель механізму інноваційного розвитку підприємств, яка на основі оцінки інноваційного потенціалу виділяє принципи та інструменти розвитку в контексті розвитку інтеграційного процесу, що дозволяє змінити інноваційну діяльність. Потенціал підприємства для трансформації в інноваційний капітал. Визначено зміст, роль і значення інновацій у функціонуванні та розвитку суб’єктів господарювання на різних рівнях економічної системи. Доведено можливість використання принципу конкурентної сегментації інновацій.
