Abstract:	Work is sanctified to description of the tensely-deformed state of cylindrical shell of drum as at symmetric so at an asymmetrical install ladders in axial and circuitous directions at presence of k of hard supporting rings. Were thus got equalization for determination of moving, power factors, tensions, which arise up in the shell of drum as at symmetric so at an asymmetrical install ladders in axial and circuitous directions at presence of one hard supporting ring, set in the middle.
